Created by the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary, UCSB Marine Science Institute, the Outreach Center for Teaching Ocean Science, LiMPETS (Long-term Monitoring Program and Experiential Training for Students), and volunteers from Citrix Systems, Inc.
